Life doesn’t always come in mountaintop moments. Most days are filled with the ordinary — meals to cook, errands to run, the steady rhythm of responsibilities that can feel unnoticed. Yet it’s in these very spaces that God is present and working.
Paul reminds us in Galatians 6:9 (NKJV):
“And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”
Faith is not just about the extraordinary; it is about showing up in the everyday. Choosing to keep going when nothing feels glamorous. Trusting that each small act of obedience and faithfulness builds into something eternal.
A sunset at the end of a long day. A quiet prayer whispered in the kitchen. The choice to love your family when you’re tired. These are not wasted. They are where faith takes root and grows.
God’s presence is not only in the miracles but also in the ordinary. And it is in the ordinary where most of our faith is lived out.
🙏 Prayer for the Week
Lord, help me to see You in the ordinary. Open my eyes to the ways You are working in the daily routines, and give me strength not to grow weary in doing good. Let my faith be steady, even when life feels simple or unseen. Amen.
